Montgomery's is at 1725 West 41st. Red Lobster is at 3901. Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant is at 5309. Hy-Vee Bakery and Hy-Vee Market Grille are separate listings at 4101 South Louise Avenue. ROAM Kitchen + Bar is at 4525 West Empire Place. Spencer Furniture & Floors is at 3901 South Duluth Avenue.

South Louise Avenue is the second corridor

Louise runs north to south off 41st and carries a large share of the fitness and quick food listings. It is the road people usually mean when they say the mall area is busy.

Salons and spas are the second largest category on this corridor after medical, with 63 listings. Most of them sit in strip units off 41st or Louise rather than on the street itself, so the suite number matters more than the block.

The quiet part is a block either side

Sertoma Park, the Butterfly House & Aquarium, and The Outdoor Campus sit together on South Oxbow Avenue at numbers 4300, 4320 and 4500. Yankton Trail Park is at 3901 South Minnesota Avenue. Empire Bowl is at 3800 South Westport Avenue. All of them are minutes from the traffic and none of them are in it.

Traffic on 41st is the thing residents complain about most, and the left turns are why. If a listing sits on the far side from your approach, the real drive is longer than the distance looks. Check which side of the street the address is on before you set off.
